Important Notice

1. One regular registration is within 4 Pages including all figures, tables, and references. Extra pages will be charged.

2. The Author(Student) price is only applied for the paper whose author is student. Student' ID card copy should be attached for registration.

3. One regular registration with one or more additional papers get only one proceeding

4.  At least one author is required to register and attend the conference to present the paper.

Attending Registration

As Author, you can publish the manuscript and deliver paper presentation on ECNCT 2023, orally or poster exhibition. You must submit Full-length Manuscript for review before the submission deadline. Conference package; Conference materials; 15 Minutes presentation time; Paper be published into the conference proceedings.

As Presenter, you can deliver a presentation on ECNCT 2023, but the presented manuscript WILL NOT be published. Conference package; Conference materials; 15 Minutes presentation time.

As Listener, you can participate and attend all the presentation sessions only, neither making presentation nor having paper published. Conference package (all conference tracks, morning, and afternoon tea, lunch and dinner); Conference materials.

Refunds Policy
If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.

* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund

* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund

* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: 30% of payment refund

* After conference: no refund

Cancellation and refund request must be made formally by email.

The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure. Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.

Attention! 

At least one author is required to register and attend the conference to present the paper. Please bring your name badge for entering the conference hall. Please do not lend your name badge to people who are not involved with the conference. Please do not take irrelevant people to enter the conference rooms. The Organizers shall not be held responsibility for any loss of personal finance or belongings.

* The registration fee does not include:  

• Accommodation

• Visa application fee

• Transportation fee

* The paid registration fee cannot be refunded if you cannot attend the conference, but substitute participants are welcome.
